Made with meats of pig, seasoned with salt, spices and paprika. It has a cure time of about 1 month.

The iberian chorizo has a fresh, delicate flavor, with a juicy and tender texture, since the meat is minced in especially fine form. sweet and intense flavor with a characteristic aroma coming from a soft tone of herbs and sophisticated moments of smoked paprika. It can be eaten raw or roasted.

The DAMICARNES iberian chorizo has two different types.

  • Iberian chorizo width 60% meat and 40% fat;
  • Iberian chorizo width 80% meat and 20% fat.
